DRVR Training

From 1st August 2019, all taxi, limousine and rideshare drivers are required to have completed training in Anti-Discrimination, Sexual Harassment and Disability Awareness. This course only satisfies part 2 (Disability Awareness) of the required training, outlined by the Queensland Department of Main Roads and Transport. 

If a driver has not completed the required training in all areas of the Training Notice, they can face a fine for 20 penalty units ($2611). The fine for BEAs and Service Operators using non-complying drivers is 40 penalty units ($5222).

Completion of this course satisfies the DTMR training requirements in Anti-Discrimination and Sexual Harassment. You must also complete training in Disability Awareness to be fully compliant with the Old DTMR Training Notice.
